Greece effectively refuses to provide Council of Europe information on non-execution of ECtHR judgments finding violations of Turkish minority rights

The Committe of Ministers of the Council of Europe published on 20 March 2018 the latest Greek Helsinki Monitor communication in the cases of the banned Turkish minority assocations along with Greece’s reply, which was effectively a non-reply.
